| At 8D, Nicole works at the intersection of design and research. In collaboration with academics, she explores how these two domains can better align and strengthen one another. In addition, she supports partners in communicating their research projects clearly and effectively. One project that stood out for her is ENEP, where co-creation and prototyping helped build momentum and support. The project demonstrates that even designing something seemingly simple, such as an assignment card, involves numerous decisions, and that these decisions are key to enabling the conversations required for successful implementation.
