Working at 8D means being part of a team that connects content, strategy and creation. We work across disciplines because we only want to create solutions that truly fit the target audience and context. With AI and technology developing at lightning speed, it is more important than ever to create not just anything – but the right thing. Because technically, we can now make almost anything.

This requires a curious and critical attitude. We engage with target audiences, test assumptions and quickly prototype. Sometimes that means swimming against the current. But we only do what we believe in.

More than work

We believe that work should provide not only a salary, but also opportunities to develop yourself further. Together with your colleagues, preferably! By learning from each other – and getting to know each other. That is why we offer the following extras in addition to a competitive salary:

  • PDP budget in time and money
  • Joint company lunch every afternoon
  • Drinks every Thursday during working hours
  • Drawing lots with St. Nicholas (hope Bas doesn’t have you!) and a cozy Christmas party
  • 5 weeks off a year + public holidays paid time off
(because growth also requires space and rest)

Look, colleagues you do care about
